This Momma is a successful business owner--she's a specialized physical therapist that works with gymnasts, dancers and other athletes to help prevent injuries, take care of their bodies, and recover from injuries that do occur. So, we decided to do a session in a ballet studio with some of the athletes she works with--we did a few family shots, lots of images of her adorable 9 month old daughter sporting her tiny tutu, and finished with some images to use for her business.
Enjoy all of the cuteness!!

Children's Storytelling Sessions are my absolute favorite! A Storytelling Session is a photojournalistic approach to a photography session. The goal is to tell a story through images--typically of every day moments. I want to capture your child/family as they are at this moment in time, so that you can remember all the tiny details, the nuances of your day...to freeze time. To capture the details of a moment so intimately and thoroughly that you and your children can easily recall those memories and have a treasure to pass down to future generations. I'm passionate about celebrating the everyday--because the magic happens every day. These are the memories you want to save for a lifetime, and I want to help you preserve them, beautifully. An Indoor Easter for Daniel & Ellison Easter morning started quickly with a rush to find the baskets the Easter bunny had filled and hidden. It is so much fun to see the excitement as my kids are growing and understanding these fun traditions! Daniel was a great big brother and helped Ellison find her basket. We sat around in our pajamas and watched the delight on our children's faces as they found goodies and treats stuffed in their basket. No pictures to be had...but after breakfast, they each got to have a treat out of their basket. The little girl thoroughly enjoyed her first chocolate bunny....and we thoroughly enjoyed watching her! My husband thinks she looks like an adorable little zombie in this one...ha! So, next was bath time...shocker, right? Oh, but then for the egg hunt--so very very exciting for a 3 year old boy! And once Ellison knew what was going on, she was thrilled. The bunny had to hide the eggs inside since it was rainy. He hid them upstairs. Daniel searched his room and the play loft and Ellison focused on her room. Daniel was too fast for me, so daddy hung out with him and I focused on Ellison. She thought found this to be a super fun game. Now that the hunt was over, I was able to snap some shots of Daniel since he was occupied with checking out his treasures. Ellison was so intrigued by all the treasures she was finding in the eggs. Seriously like 45 minutes of sitting and opening eggs. She LOVED it!! Easter festivities are hard.... let's just lay down for a minute. Storytelling Sessions are $150 session fee and customized albums are the perfect way to showcase your images.
